The Law of Cause and Effect

This is one of the universal laws that totally transformed my life in a dramatic fashion. The law of cause and effect says that; “For every effect, there is a specific cause or series of causes.”

That means, if you want to achieve success in any area of your life, you must determine how success is achieved in that area and then practice those skills and activities repeatedly until you achieve the same result.

If you do what other successful people do, over and over again, nothing can stop you from eventually enjoying the same rewards. But if you don’t do what successful people do, you cannot achieve the same result.

Whenever we say “whatever a man sows, that he will also reap,” we look at it from the nagative perspective. But it means the same thing from the positive perspective.

Whatever price you pay is what you’re going to reap. Whatever investment you make today will determine how rich you will become tomorrow.

Whatever you put in, you get out. Whatever you’re reaping today is a result of what you have sown in the past. So if you’re not happy with what you’re reaping, start planting new crop that will guarantee a fantastic harvest tomorrow.

Life is very simple, we are the ones that complicate it. In my book; Twelve Pillars of Financial Success, I pointed out that success is predictable. Success is not an accident. Failure is not an accident either.

You succeed when you apply the universal laws of success. You fail when you don’t. You succeed when you do what other successful people do, over and over, until the behaviors become a habit.

Likewise, you fail if you don’t do what successful people do. In either case, nature is neutral. Nature is not partial. Nature does not take side. What happened to you is simply a matter of law; the law of cause and effect.

The law of cause and effect works in virtually every area of life. You cannot reap the harvest of the crop you did not plant. You cannot become wealthy if you fail to cultivate wealth.

Actions are seeds. If you are a lazy person you’re sowing a seed. If you are diligent, you are equally sowing a seed. If you deny yourself pleasure and keep investing your money, you are sowing a seed. If you sqander every dime you make you are equally sowing a seed.

So, your entire life is a collection of seeds. Your placement in life is a product of the seeds you have been planting all these years. That is the force of the law of cause and effect.

I encourage you to plant the right seeds today. If you wish to learn more about this subject, scroll down and sign up for my newsletter.

Keep soaring!
